If you are accessing this web-page on a mobile device, you may not see the tabs for Trainings/Seminars, For Churches, Handouts, and Contact. On the right side of the black banner, there are three small horizontal lines that are hard to see. Click on those lines to access the tabs.

Welcome to my webpage! A primary purpose of this webpage is to help people find information on the seminars that I provide that are open to the public. I have a big heart for giving people the information and tools for improving their own and others lives. Indeed, if you look around this webpage you will find that there are some recorded sessions you can listen to.

Another purpose for this webpage is for my clients and others I work with to be able to find further resources, including copies of handouts I have given them (See Handout Section).

A third focus, and passion, of this website is church communities and church leadership in particular. Good mental health knowledge and self-care have often not been prioritized in such groups, but there is often a big need for. Church leadership often feel that they have to appear strong and that seeking help would somehow undermine God’s Good News. If church and spiritual context is of interest to you, please check out the “For Churches” tab.”

Upcoming Events Open to the Public

With the Covid-19 pandemic, groups have gotten out of the habit of hosting seminars that are open to the public. As a result, I have no speaking engagements open to the general public on the books yet, but hope that groups will reach out.
