Who is stressed during this time of COVID-19? I am, and I am sure that most of you are as well. Dr. Klausen provides strategies and tips for managing interpersonal stress as well as dealing with difficult people. The emphases are on strategies for minimizing the stress before it is even triggered and on ways of communication that increases the chances that your needs will be met.
